Two things you should know about me and Valentine's Day.
1. I think it's stupid.
2. I have found renewed interest in it since having Ava and revisiting the children's valentine's party circuit.
Which brings me to....
I'm excited for tomorrow. Nope - D and I aren't doing anything almost at all, nor are we exchanging gifts. But in a testament to the fact that I am in straight mom mode right now, I'm pretty psyched for my child's two (yep, count 'em, TWO!) Valentine's Day parties tomorrow!
First we've got the morning shindig, which is more for the littler ones who don't have school (aka Ava's age), and it's a potluck lunch/treat celebration at a local park we love. Awesome.
Then, we have an afternoon party, which I'll be attending with Ava and S in tow, at our favorite bounce house, complete with cupcakes and Valentine's exchanges. Woohoo! AND...Ava has the absolute cutest Valentine's cards, courtesy of the lovely folks at Tiny Print.

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!
Can't wait to see pics!! I took valentines for the 3 other kids at Jack's daycare as well as cookies for all of them. They don't really do anything though and for every holiday that comes and goes, Jack seems to be the only one who brings anything. :( I enjoy it though and can't wait until Jack's in preschool where I can do even more!
